The Spiritual Formation Pastor is responsible for all aspects of ensuring the congregation is actively engaged in a spiritual growth journey. This includes development and execution of a discipleship plan, group leader identification and recruitment, and ongoing leadership and coaching of group leaders.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for administrative support of the Executive Staff (Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor), including the management of daily schedules, correspondence (voicemail, e-mail, regular mail, etc.), speaking engagements, and travel coordination.
